Sicily 1924, after more than 50 years from the debut on the market, the Comm. Alfio Fichera takes over the company that today bears his name and, together with his sons and his closest collaborators, gives life to a real family business working with great spirit of solidarity and initiative to bring the distilleries to the highest quality standards. In the 1950s, the company expanded and modernized its equipment, thus becoming one of the most appreciated suppliers of spirits for large national companies, such as the Stock of Trieste. In 1967, the death of Comm. Alfio Fichera left a deep void in the heart of the company, but did not exhaust the determination of his descendants who decided to look ahead, until becoming the leading company in the liquor industry and of distillates. The Etna Volcano, now a UNESCO World Heritage Site, inspired the Commendatore Alfio Fichera in the creation of our flagship liquor: the Fire of Etna. 70 degrees of taste and a secret recipe, subject to numerous attempts at imitation, is the only original. Our production is also completed by a wide range of typical Sicilian liqueurs, liqueur, bitters, grappa and distillates. Our liqueurs and rosoli bring with them the scent of our wonderful host island: Sicily. The fruits of mother nature come into our hands and become liquor thanks to an ancient craft method handed down from generation to generation.
