Il Mattarello is an artisan laboratory of fresh egg pasta based in Bronte, a town on the slopes of Etna renowned for its unique pistachio in the world. And the so-called "green gold" of Sicily becomes the protagonist, along with the wheat ("yellow gold" of the earth), of a line of very high quality products, able to combine tradition and craftsmanship in the most delicious way. The company has state-of-the-art machinery, capable of handling every phase of processing in a fast and accurate manner, to bring top quality products to your home.

The pride of the entire production is the fresh pistachio pasta, processed with fresh ingredients and made according to an ancient recipe. Famous throughout Sicily are our pistachio ravioli, praised for consistency, fragrance and gluttony, made with a soft filled pasta containing pistachios (minced and without the use of artificial colorings) both in the base dough and in the internal filling. They are accompanied by other inviting formats: strozzapreti, maccheroni, quadrotti and tortellini.
