Produced in the mountains of Palermo in June.
Color: in the liquid state it is almost colorless if it does not crystallize.

Odor: almost absent.
Taste: delicate, being rich in fructose, it is metabolised in the liver and is an important energy reserve.

Uses: it is recommended to sweeten coffee, herbal tea, milk, tea, excellent for desserts.
