Color: medium amber, in the crystallized it tends to gray.
Crystallization: fine grain and compact consistency.
Odor: intense, strong, characteristic, pungent, intense of the eucalyptus flowers.
Taste: strong, similar to the smell, but more pleasant, reminiscent of English licorice candies.
Uses: it is universally known for its beneficial properties for the laryngopharyngeal tract, balsamic honey.
