Description DON PEPPINO
This oil is produced with a singular variety of olives typical of the volcanic area of Etna. The olives were harvested in October.
The nose is enveloping with fresh herbaceous hints, of artichoke, of tomato leaf.
On the palate it denotes a complexity that ranges from aromatic herbs to green citrus leaves and green olives;
once opened, it is sweet, followed by a strong bitter and spicy with remarkable persistence.
