Dry pasta of organic whole wheat flour from the ancient Sicilian durum wheat Timilia, obtained from the natural stone milling of La Ferté. Drawn in bronze and dried slowly at low temperatures, the sedanini are small macaroni, medium-sized, generally curved and elongated. Versatile in the kitchen, they adapt to rustic condiments, based on seasonal meat and vegetables, and fresh and spring dishes. Timilia whole wheat pasta is characterized by a typical and decisive flavor, with a slightly bitter aftertaste.
