 A product born from the idea of ​​two friends, Giuseppe Librizzi and Edoardo Strano, the first management engineer, the second agricultural entrepreneur. We are between Catania and the small towns on the slopes of Etna, a territory dotted with citrus groves.

Giuseppe and Edoardo have started a project, all made in Sicily, creating the first bitter prepared with red oranges. Through a market investigation and expert advice, we have tried to adapt it in the best possible way, so as to have a pleasant, modern bitterness, in line with today's trends but which was easily recognizable, linked to the territory that produces the raw material from which it is born. So for a few months, Amara, this is the name of the bitter Red company, is already a must. At least to hear who tasted it. By the way: the essences used for Amara are those obtained from two varieties of red oranges: the Tarocco Gallo and the Tarocco Nocellara.

The company has a production of 15 thousand bottles.
