A product born from the idea of two friends, Giuseppe Librizzi and Edoardo Strano, the first management engineer, the second agricultural entrepreneur. We are between Catania and the small towns on the slopes of Etna, a territory dotted with citrus groves.
Giuseppe and Edoardo have started a project, all made in Sicily, creating the first bitter prepared with red oranges. Through a market investigation and expert advice, we have tried to adapt it in the best possible way, so as to have a pleasant, modern bitterness, in line with today's trends but which was easily recognizable, linked to the territory that produces the raw material from which it is born. So for a few months, Amara, this is the name of the bitter Red company, is already a must. At least to hear who tasted it. By the way: the essences used for Amara are those obtained from two varieties of red oranges: the Tarocco Gallo and the Tarocco Nocellara.
The company has a production of 15 thousand bottles.
