Pasta with pumpkin flowers


500 grams of short pasta, like fusilli 300 grams of pumpkin flowers
a medium onion
four anchovy fillets in oil a teaspoon of sugar
salt and pepper


1 Put the oil and the finely chopped onion in a large pan, add a teaspoon of sugar and a quarter glass of water; sauté the onion, then add the anchovy fillets and let it melt for two minutes.

2 Add the washed and cut strips of pumpkin flowers, season for about fifteen minutes, seasoning with salt.

3 Boil the pasta in abundant salted water, add salt and add it to the sauce, serve immediately.
